3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- The wrong item or size

4. Exchanges

5. No Restocking Fees
Glossior does not charge restocking fees.
Eligible returns will not incur any restocking penalties.

If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Maximum refund time: up to 7 business days after approval

7. Discounts & Promotions
Refunds will not be provided for discount codes or promotional offers that were not applied at checkout.
Promotions must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.
